What does it mean to follow your heart?

It means to enjoy. We could say it means to love. It means to delight. It means to be innocent. It means letting go of calculation. It means looking at a sunset and caring that it's beautiful. It means being unwrapped from the assessment of others. It means looking out on to the world with a heart that's ready to adore it. It means being easily pleased. It means venturing forth. It means letting your heart be a comet or a shooting star and go it's way without previous instruction. It means without restrictions and encumberments. It means letting your plain old heart have the time of it's life every minute in parks and alleys. It means that love is let loose, love of curves and love of angles. It means getting off your back. It means just having a good time in crowds and in solitude. Your heart knows how to love, how to enjoy, how to relish the portion of life served to you. It means to lap up joy and let go of the thorns of suffering, to make a big deal of enjoyment, and nothing of displeasure. It means releasing yourself from the past. It means being. It means the freedom to enjoy, the permission to enjoy, the blessing of joy. It means to be who you are. It means to have full use of your limbs so to speak, your limbs of joy.

 

It seems that we all want the same things in life deep down- a sense of peace, success (in whatever way we define it), good times, great relationships, good health and the time to enjoy it all. This site explores some of the best stuff that I have come across over the years for improving our quality of life both inside and out! There's plenty on here, so take your time, explore and n-joy! We cover all the important bases here from money to sex to relationships to just about everything else.
